Sleeping late usually it's till 1am !

i dunno...maybe listening to music is keeping me up ~

Been busy with stuff to do these days ...

Well for those keeping track of my FB you would know that i made Dorayaki !

hehe

Well known for "Doraemon's fav snack"

It's a Japanese pancake ..i think with anko (red bean paste) filling ~

I like baking, cooking and making stuff !

So this holiday i made Dorayaki for my family and also for neighbors ~

Wanted to make this after i saw a video posted by KantanRyouri AKA Purensacred

A person i knew through our W-inds fandom ! She posts great and sometimes rare vids ^^

Anyone interested in Japanese foods , I recomend her channel !

Very easy to make ! takes only a few minutes to make the batter

I spent an entire afternoon making it because i made the anko paste myself ...made a little too much so mum made a few chinese version on mochi !!

well i probably overate just a wee bit today !

Today went jogging again...and was determined to run a full lap !

but alas ...it rained !! i only managed to jog 3 laps ...and probably ran for 1 lap plus all added up !

it's such a disappointment ! but tomorrow is another day !

what matters is i don't gain!

lol

been eating lots of "heavy" stuff today ...

I knew i overate a little during lunch...coz when you suddenly jump start on exercise your body thend to "tell" you to eat more !

so i didn't take afternoon nap !

and to make it worse ...the rain ! i did manage to sweat quite a bit !

at the end of the day all that matters is i get my exercise ~ ^^

though i should continue to watch my diet ^^""...that will start tomorrow !!

l noticed that my rice intake doubled since i started exercising :p

so i'll start form there XD

more fruits and vegs for me !!

well i had chicken chop in lemon this afternoon and had some share of Laksa and also mum's fried rice ...oddly hungry ..but no worries ..no cravings for junk food so far ...though i bough Sneakers ...i haven;t have any cravings to munch on that bar !

I cooked fish fillet for dinner and mum cooked vegs and the veg soup ^^

Sorry for the low colour quality ...=3= can't expect much from a 2mp cam under bad lighting

Last but not least the healthy food turned unhealthy with frying and breadcrumbs T^T

Well ...I think this isn't the first time this issue is brought up in my boring blog !

HEALTH !

Girls these days are always concerned about their weight and not their health !

Which worries me quite a bit !

Well ..if you are overweight of course you want to watch your calorie intake ...and eat healthier food instead of starving !!

Starvation will lead to bad health !!

For me ...i was extremely underweight ! how underweight? picture a 13 year-old girl weighing less than a bag of 20KG rice !!

The key isn't really eating more foods that are labeled "low fat" ....or starving !!

believe me ! if i starve myself ...i'd put on more because i get extremely hungry by the end of the day!

The solution is simple ...fruits and veg...will never get you fat !

On top of that regular exercise of course ...

I guess you can say ...since i monitor the stuff that i eat ...i am loosing bit by bit ...it's a good start ...

Exercise is key too ! ...i remembered going to the park alternate days for 6 months with dad and managed to loose slowly ....keeping the same diet like i always do XD

Unfortunately all the stress and me being lazy ...made me put all that weight back on again ! ...

This time i wanna really do this !! again ...! if everyone else is too tired to accompany me ...i think i'll ride my bike or even do stretches !...anything that can heighten my metabolism rate !

as long as i don't go back o eating chips !! XD

well todays dinner is grilled ribs , mashed potatoes and vegs !

not forgetting the colourful varieties of fresh fruits and vegs too !!

btw went to the beach for a walk yesterday ... and today ...back to the stadium !

I'm kinda disappointed ! i couldn't even jog an entire lap !!! T^T

well i need to get my gear up and train to do better !!

AND SERIOUSLY !! THE PARK IN KF IS ONLY A FEW METERS WALK AWAY!!

i should continue walking or jogging there !! lol

just to build muscle and loose the fat !!

Camp ...back home !! scary tired , fun, good experience !

well it's been so long since i updated this blog and i apologize for it !!

So how is everyone lately??

all well?

well i hope so ...^^ life is always full of up's and downs and things that we never expect just comes our way!

anyhoo...

My last post was about well....lol...sorry about the last post .! i was probably going through a lot preparing for the camp !

well pics pics pics...everyday since Monday (after my last examination) we headed to the faculty to prepare stuff or give a briefing about each of or parts ...weather it's aerobics or activities ( group activities) or sports ...ect

In my case , it's teaching ! English !

Well...in the camp it turned out better than i expected ! though in the second class people were already exhausted and so was i !

But the mini "Kingdom" game meant to re-enforce the stuff thought in class was proof that these kids were kinda bright and were paying attention ...♥

Makes it worth the sore throat and the leg pain !!

well i did a little summary in Ameba blog ~

but the whole experience is one of excitement , exhaustion, satisfaction , and also a dash of mystery and haunting !

I did mention to some readers that i was bound to do night watch ..

Well at first i thought it was BESIDE a graveyard..which is why i thought people create these stories in their heads ....

Well when we all got there i found out that it was actually an ancient burial ground ...!!

So when we got there we were told that girls were not allowed to do night guard !

but the pre-school we were staying in ( as beautiful and neat as it is) is also not "clean"

coz ..there is a body down there . They wanted to exhume the body but decided not to ~ ..humm

anywayz ...the first night everyone couldn't really sleep...but exhaustion gave way to all of us the second night ^^

the boys saw stuff at night and teachers briefed us to make us ready of what is bound to happen !

So that we don't freak out IF we see anything ...

Now i bet you all are wondering if I saw anything ?

so

the answer is ....

Yes

before we left I took a last glance at the entire compound

then outside the compound , i saw what i thought were 2 men ..one in front and one at the back ~...the one at the back was different!! all smoky ! but in the shape of the guy in front ( which was real) a few seconds after i took a good look ...the "thing" just disappeared!! and it's a white ! may others saw white figures !

I didn't believe my eyes !! was i too tired??

was i hallucinating ??

well ...when you see something yourself ...it's different ...

I still don't really believe that it was real ...maybe i was just too exhausted...but even if it's really real..it was probably just a wondering soul with no place to go and trying to play around mimicking the guy in front ~ .....

those this are probably more afraid of us that we are of them ~

Anyhoo... the project was more or less a success !! Yay !!

all that hard work we put in before and during the project turned out fine !

Aerobics rehearsals and extremly basic wushu movements !! one of our busy mornings befor camp was held ...

This was after closing ceremony for the camp ! This rascals are the group under me . I'm one of the back up facilitators ~ or better way to put it is helper...Aren't they just adorable !!

This was yesterday in the airport ~ Rained heavily so the flight was delayed for around 15 minutes

MADE DUMPLINGS for lunch today with mum and aunt !! they were delicious !! Although it wan't reall presentable but it taste really really good !

Issac and Brendon !! Issac is really talkative and active !! but he is really smart ! and on top of that helpful ! Brendon is the typical boy but really polite ~

Our group won the mini sports !! and Issac won the "best participant" award!! ...

He even intended to share his hamper ! but we insted it was all his ! ^^

lol...water balloon tossing ! it was fun !! Facilitators also participated !! lol...

you pass the water balloon as a person said "toss" and if your balloon breaks , you fail ! and you are out . The next round each takes two steps back ! and it continues till no one was left ! Lucy and i made it to the second last !

This was dinner at "White House" lol...not the White House at Washington DC! it's a restaurant at the mall ~ the night before our camp ! Yuki finally finished her exam and we all decided to head for a good meal and also for movies ! ...i think i'm accepting horror films better now ~ we watched LET ME IN

well ...i'll leave my review of the movie for another time ne ~

You are all probably wondering what this is eh?

lol...cutting letters for the outline of the banners!

Cheers for good work all ...some of them stayed till 10 to finish up the banner and then had t walk back to their dorms because there wasn't anymore bus operating ...

Seriously...little or more ....big or small effort ...it is obvious that everyone did something to contribute to the success of the project ! as tired , scared and exhausted as we are ...we all made it! so thanks all !!!

lets do better next semester ..and lets hope that the school we are bound to go to ...isn't an ancient burial ground ^^''

last LAST saturday we went to support Miss Aishah ...

in a place called Penampang !

it is a school in a small village!

opening ceremony for a project ...

There is a school here that takes 9 hours ....WALKING to get there !

Miss went there once walking and this time she went in via HELICOPTER !

lol

well the leaches and dangerous path !

probably have to walk in to the school i'm going to too

since the road is narrow and all !

well i don't mind a little walking ^^

I get to use the sleeping bag again!! haha

Next year will be another type of camp too...for a different subject !

"coffee hangover"?? lol..korean meeeeeeeeeeeee

Hello my dearly beloved readers...

before anything ....Gomennnnnn!

i haven't been posting any thing interesting lately ....

this is the exam month so...i guess it's a good excuse

exams always comes with 2 things ...coffee and "panda eyes"← you know what i mean ! XD

to begin with I'm no coffee drinker !

nope!

turning form a non coffee drinker to drinking 3 cups in 2 days ....is crazy

i understand now why people can be kinda addicted to this stuff ....

I'm trying my best to stay awake and not go back to bed now ...and not opening that cabinate with Old Town white coffee ( the only instant coffee i'd take )

I drink nescafe in a can like once in a 100 years ...!! ( okey maybe not 100 years but i can count the times i drink that so far ...4 times in my whole life time both because i was desperate to stay up ! )

so i tried resisting drinking coffee yesterday,..but i was too weak not to!

and yeah...=_=

like i said in yesterday's post ...i mentioned it didn't i...

side effects kicked in this morning....i couldn't stay awake ! i woke up for my morning drink ( plain water at 6 or 8am tops) then back to bed...thenat around 11 am i went back to sleep again ..

I don't recommend to calorie counters out there though ^^"" it's like 2 servings ! means for 2 people ...and it's over 400 calories . i went over my calorie count yesterday since i ate take away afternoon :p

but unfortunately i have to learn the hard way that things sometimes just don't go the way you expect it to go !

Sulking and regretting won't get me anywhere ~

About the coffee?

yeah withnin 2 days i downed 3 cups of coffee ...

yeah ...it's like a drug to me ~

yes it keeps me awake and studying ...but everything else become chaos !

it's like coffee hangover !! @_@

i studied 6-7 hours straight !

and when i got to the test ..there were so many different types of curve that i can't rememer which which !

then yesterday !

it's either coffee hangover or some kind of effects for pulling all nighters !

My body shut down completely!! even till this morning !

no energy not even will power !

i didn't have my shot of coffee yesterday coz i slept the whole day !

But this morning i just cant take it anymore !!!

i was having some kind of flu..been sneezing and dizzy ( still dizzy !!)

and my appetite is low !

so i drank another cup...flet better after that ...but the side effects will come soon !

NO MORE COFFEE TODAY OR TOMORROW ~~

i hope i can resist myself !

and so we went ! Bus ride was more than an hour to the city!! since it's an old guy driving and he keeps stopping !

I had that tofu stew thing ( which i kinda regretted ) i should have taken the bibimbap !

yuki ordered the pancake for 2 !

we shared the meal so around rm 25 per person !

I had the digesting dung,,,um,,...korean tea ! XD

after was shopping ....till around 6? and i rested at Yuki's place and did some stretches !

well ...went jogging for an hour ...which was great...

I was reluctant and even rejected the offer to go sushi king !

we all ordered the salmon patty !

and then some side dishes to fill the belly !

Famous Korean Pancake ^^ ...not my fav since it's made out of glutenous rice flour~

I think this is called Tofu stew or something ...i can't really remember though ....Next time will be kimchee ! or Bibimbap ! hehe

Today's dinner ^^ Salmon Patty ....the cover for the patty isn't bread ! It's sushi rice ! ^^ a little too oily but it's nice ! Watch out of bones though ~ ♥

Pay wen and Hui Wen ordered the fish eggs ...but since Yuki isn't a fan of fish eggs ...we skipped that !we both had the salmon instead ~

Lol ...we were about to leave to avoid choosing more sushi ! and then out came these and many more stuff on the belt!! 0_0 at 9pm ! so we took this ! and it was nice ...fried dory fish ...i think ! XD

But don't you think that fish is good for the brain??lol

i bought a few cans of tuna and also will push myself to go jogging in order to keep healthy mentally and also physically !

Anyway ~

Just on a whim everyone decided to go watch a movie !


I was reluctant coz ...well i never watched any horror movie at all !
Maybe those not so scary mystery triller that sensors out the gruesome killings !

I remembered once when i watched final destination 4!..um... I watched the gruesome parts while lifting my specks !

This time it's kinda different XD

well David and Yuki wanted to watch a horror movie ~

So ...the only one avalable is "the chid's eye"

Movie Review ~ ♥

Overall ...if you like to watch movies with a little mystery then you might enjoy this ~

Um ...i don't wanna give away anything ..but i kinda enjoyed it ...coz unlike final destination , there is a plot intro, character building , climax ,decent and conclusion. ~ Final destination is...well =_=""

Anyhoo ~

Anyway ...if you are a first timer and is able to predict when the scary stuff will pop up ( like me :P) then this movie is for you !

btw ....David got in the line to buy tickets while we both got some water and snacks !...he choose front seats ! in the smallest theater hall ! =_=""

Advise : lol..bring your jacket so you can use the sleeve's end to cover your eyes XD

Yesterday ' after a haircut, i went to guardian just to have a walk around ~


Seems like the pores on my face are getting bigger ( since i'm too lazt to put on masks these days )

so i got something totally different ! Deep Clensing OIL !

really small bottel ! 100 ml dake ~

how to use? ...you have to make sure your hands and face is dry before applying . Massage oil onto face then rinse off ! When ou rinse off you can see the oil turn milky. It helps remove heavy make up too....i guess this oil kinda dissolves dirt and impurities in the pores ~ ...well...gonna try out and i'll review bout the results ^^

I think insomnia isn't a new thing in life ~

I was curious bout this product ( plus i just started a healthy lifestyle )

Quite a lot of nutrition and low in calories !

Feel relaxed after rinking this ^^

Morning one is cheaper for some odd reason !

Anyway it's high in calcium ( which we girls really need) ...and it helps with my stress levels and insomnia ...Can drink once i a while ( since it's expensive 0_0)

lol ..this is just me doing some critical thinking and a review of the message this anime is trying to bring to the world ~

So it would be good to ponder

Death Note talk : If you are bored and also already watched Death Note then ..lets ponder the creativity and the complexity of the anime shall we??

Okey ....Death Note ~

There is a reason why this anime took a storm in society ..being extremely popular !

It makes us reason something we live with everyday !

JUSTICE !

Well

but it's one of the many Anime that you can't predict !

not the usual plot of most anime where the good guy wins and the bad guy dies !

If you are a person who grew up watching the crime shows on Discovery Chanel ...there is always this question ~

This bad person ...does he /she deserve to die??

Sometimes we think so and sometimes ...we feel that there shouldn't be a death sentence...am i right?

DN takes us way beyond the usual viewing for entertainment's sake !

It takes us into a whole new psychological level !

The Anime Itself

You have to be a quick thinking person to figure out the battle between L and Yagami Light ~

the tactics !

Both are pretty smart and it's like tonnes of back up and hidden plans ...manipulation !

I really admire the person who wrote this manga / Anime !

the complicated tactics and manipulation is mind boggling !

I have too much words and too little time to actually reason out the whole dynamics of this Anime !

The Message

The message is actually ...NOT SIMPLE AT ALL

or you can say its the battle between good and evil??

but it's a battle of what is "true Justice" !!

and for personal message ..." a battle with inner demons "

if i'd reason out all my thinking ...i could actually write a 10 page assignment out of the Review of DEAth Note it self !!!! @_@ help !

Yagami Light ( or Kira )

took it to far !

Yes ...probably crime rate is low

but he kills the police force and FBI people who tries to stop him from killing bad people !

Because killing is killing !

He is "saving the world" but the sacrifice it takes to save the world is just too much !

IF you support Kira's idealism then...well ...you better check in to a psychological ward or something ! ...

Probably would take forever to reason out the anime lol

but bottom line ~

if you convert it to the real world ...Kira is an extremist !

right ?

I really admire Tsugumi Ohba for coming up with the tactics and complicated stuff that goes around the plot !

Tsugumi Ohba is probably the Einstein of the manga world !

If you haven't watch the anime ...(and you are over 18 lol...) i suggest you watch this !

involves a lot of critical thinking !

How was the weekend for you?

any plans today ?

well I think i have plans lined up till the end of October !

Since the semester is ending XD

Though ....

I have lot's of homework !

and mini test to study for !

As usual there are many many up and downs in life!

But like i said ( and always remind myself XD) this blog is for as much positive stuff as possible despite the unspeakable hard times i have to swallow !

well ~

Yuki and I were quite reluctant to go for Karaoke when asked about it ...um ..more to unsure if we wanna go ~

but eventually we went!

yup...i think i was having the case of "the blues" so i was quite lazy to go !

After going i feel relaxed ~

In a sense where on a scorching hot day we could spend time in the mall and also 4 hours in a small air-coned room ( IT WaS FREEZING!!)

Owh !

The Karaoke session we chose is different this time

last time it was 2 to 7?? ( can't remember )

and it was Rm 20++ or something plus tax ectect !

with 2 drinks and 2 small bowls of snacks (peas , peanuts ...meh ~)

But this time the package includes dinner !

you can refill anytime ...but zannen desu ! the worker that served us changed shift and didn't come in to take orders for 2nd round of drinks =_=

anyhoo...lol ...it was our first time taking the dinner thingy ( and my 2nd time at karaoke!)

we didn't know how it works ( the package)

turns out you can order everything and also get refills ...though drinks is only cola or sprite !

And out comes our order !!!

That's a lot ! for 3 people !

If you are as alert as i am about foods like this ..you'd realize that these foods are all starchy ( POTATOES!!)

People love them but you get full pretty fast eating em ..and get hungry fast too !

I think i've got to learn more songs

and w-inds "because of you" is there too !

though i wished "love is message" or " Forever memories" is in there ...=_=

Oh ! before we headed to Karaoke ~

we went shopping in the nearby mall !

Bought Yoyo choc milk tea *__________* heaven

and also 2 T-shirtssss !!

I never wore t-shirts printed with gold and silver papers

Plus The "death Note " theme caught my eye !

It was in the Guy's department !

so unless you went shopping with a guy you'd miss it !

well i wanted a white one but there is none ...the design for the white one is well ...not really nice !

Front is this ! " I hate cell phones " lol !! The back is the "L" logo at the right corner ( at the shoulder blade) with the words "death note"

Well ! lol another reasn i like the Love Music T is because it makes me think of the " we are just wonderholic shirt Maya and Aiji are wearing in the "Let Me' Crazy" theme !

I'm planning to print ( or copy) their Groucho shirt !

probably these feelings don't crawl out as much ...but it actually happens to all of us

I've been battling inner demons these few days ....

I was planning to skip morning class ...but alas ~

I went ...collecting all my will power !

Kinda had an argument with my other self inside !

turns out class was cancelled =_+

i almost died then and there ...since my back was hurting and my leg is still bleeding inside every time i walk or don't keep my leg elevated ....

I guess i'll just fade away today .....

Good thing about heading out is getting some fresh air ....

I plan to have a fresh start and getting a haircut !

like the first time i did re-bonding and the layers were really short and i could style them !

fresh start ...coz being alone cooped up in the room because of the blood clot issue ....made me kinda frustrated ....

yet kinda relaxing and free !

see...battling against oneself is no easy task !

lucky i don't have severe multiple personality disorder !

well to sort it out ....

my interest in music shows the 2 sides of me
