i always order sugarless and it helps me loose the extra weight since i'm constantly

i feel this way ~ ...there is two side of everyone...at a certain point and a certain time fame ,each takes turn to come out ~

wallowing and drilling into our sadness is not what my dad want's ...

we all have to collect all the broken pieces and move on~

bringing all those good memories together with us ~

somehow my memory of the past year just disappeared ~

anyhoo..spot came back ...after taking 2 shots of something ...it have to take 3 different types of pils ~

poor thing....vet says it has to be on liquid( or less hard/dry) diet ...later have to cook some porridge with chicken or pork for it ~

and wake up automatically at 11 pm...( not able to sleep back)

and i stay awake ~ ( still very exhausted mentally)

then try to sleep again ...but ...STILL awake till 5 am and i open my lappy till 6.30...strum a little ...and get sleepy at 9-8am ~

i'm able to sleep till 1 pm ...wake up ~ bathe ...ect ect ~

this is exhausting!!!!
